The 3rd International Cappadocia Choir Festival will take place on 5–9 July 2027 in Avanos, in the heart of Cappadocia: four days of singing, learning and performing among fairy chimneys, cave venues and ancient valleys.

Fascinating Place

Cappadocia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a unique place to meet choirs from all over the world. You will feel the history in its stones.

Concert Venues

Choirs perform in extraordinary venues such as the Güray Museum, the world's first underground ceramics museum, carved 20 metres into the rock.

All-in-One Package

4 nights at the 5★ Suhan Cappadocia Hotel with breakfast, workshops and concerts, from €330 per person. Early bird prices until 31 December 2026.

Renowned Conductors

Daily 2-hour choral workshops and 1.5-hour conducting workshops led by Sebastjan Vrhovnik (Slovenia) and Sabelo Mthembu (South Africa).

Jury & Certificates

Sebastjan Vrhovnik and Sabelo Mthembu will listen to every choir and share their feedback in an evaluation meeting after the concerts. Every singer receives a Participation Certificate.

Suitable Dates

The dates were chosen with the weather, academic calendars and the Cappadocia event season in mind, so that as many choirs as possible can join us.
